Weight losing book, fat burning books, I am
sure you read them all and this book Ultrametabolism: The Plan for fast Weight Loss
Written: Mark Hyman, M
No wonder it’s so hard to lose weight, our
bodies are designed to keep weight, that how he starts the book, but that is
wrong statement, our body never keep weight if we do not the same big food
eating a matter of survival. That is not true
also, food is fun and joy too
our DNA lead to fatness, Not true at all. Our chromosomes
have the possibility to make us fat but never the reason for being fat
so the book blames your body , your DNA, your
human nature for being fat. All that not true and I kept reading only hoping I find
useful info
how to lose weight is only info book, not an eye opener on how
to burn
it hardly covered any area that help to lose weight
similar books in the market with same ideas are countless. books
which teach how to lose weight and discuss exercises, which food to eat, how to plan your diet
In this book, the author has shared some believes about fats,
the physiology and insisting that our body keeps fat, but the truth that our
body do use fats, so if you we don’t eat lots of fat the store of fat will
finish.
book somehow serves a one theory, It is divided into 6 chapters,
to which separately discusses some aspect that makes up the weight loss puzzle.
one of the chapters, he discusses and explains why every diet, pills stay in
body.
why exercise fails and have a low success rate .
In fact, after every page I feel that is only personal opinion about losing
weight, a lot of people would end up with 5 pounds more than they want to have because
of the routine life style not because body keep fats or food
We all know that most of the adults are
overweight, again non about how to lose weight and how burn fats
The only thing I like is when he say that junk
food and drugs actually make us sicker and are for profit.
Another chapter is about super sugars, and they are dangerous to
weight loss and health. They actually enter the blood and affect hormonal and
chemical level which cause us to eat more and store more sugar.
