if you are familier with mini sewing machine then buy it or use the stabular one, hand machine sure that there's no defect in using them but it takes long.
I had no idea how to using a sewing machine and hand sewing are hard to figure it out, it's pretty simple to use and the small one if you see menue for beginners.
It's light and portable as said but only sews 1 basic lesson but not for actual dress making. I would recommend getting the big 7stitch machine if you're hoping to make costumes, or big things jsut invest in hand sewing one.

stitches loose if you have stoped in the middle. though hard to work all the time, do not mark somehow.
